A THOUSAND RAINDROPS

Inspired by my visit to a peony farm just after a rainstorm, this piece captures the moment when the sun emerged and the entire field seemed to glow. Each peony sparkled in the sunlight, and I wanted to share that sense of wonder through a large scale painting that invites the viewer to slow down and appreciate the delicate beauty of every raindrop.
