The After the Rain collection grew out of my fascination with water droplets and the way they transform a flower. I love studying the tiny reflections hidden within each drop and the added depth and texture they bring to a bloom. Painting these details is a meditative process for me, requiring patience and careful observation, as no two droplets are ever exactly alike. Over time, these paintings have also come to represent a reminder that even after difficult seasons, light finds its way back. My hope is that this collection encourages you to pause, look closely, and find beauty in the small details that often go unnoticed.
